Klozet connects buyers with independent sellers listing clothing, shoes and accessories. Buyers discover items and contact sellers; users inspect, exchange and pay one another directly.
Current release: Klozet marketplace listings operate
as classifieds. Klozet does not collect marketplace-item payments or
provide seller balances or withdrawals in this version. Managed
payments may be introduced in a later app update.

Buyers ask
Buyers ask if the item is available, negotiate and agree a safe inspection or handover through Klozet messages.
Sellers close the listing
Payment happens directly between users. After the exchange, the seller marks the item sold so other buyers see its status.
Current payment model
Arranged directly by users.
Klozet does not collect, hold, refund or transfer payment for marketplace items in the current classifieds release. Paystack is used separately for Klozet digital services such as paid background-removal credits.

Clear roles and support.
Klozet operates the listing and messaging platform. Independent sellers remain responsible for the accuracy, condition and lawful ownership of the items they list.

Klozet is owned and operated by Plum (Pty) Ltd.
Plum (Pty) Ltd builds, publishes and manages Klozet, including its marketplace technology, payment integration, financial records and customer support. The app identifies this relationship as “Powered by Plum.”
